Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help

• Once your package has arrived, you should open and examine it to make sure that the products meet your order. If you wish to return a product, notify us as soon as possible, and avoid removing the seal or external packaging, altering, or washing the product.
• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
• To process your return and refund your order, we require a receipt or equivalent proof of purchase.
• Any product not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will not be returned or refunded.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
