Refund policy

We have a 14 day return and refund policy, which means you have 2 weeks after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Some of the products are not eligible for returns due to local regulations.

Vivandi.ae decision will be final if the products do not meet return requirements upon physical inspection and the product will be shipped back to you in case of return rejection.
