Returns & Cancellation policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order if your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel your order by logging into my account or sending an email to shop@vivandi.ae. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch we will refuse cancellation as per our policy, in such cases you'll need to create a return request once the product has been delivered or you can refuse delivery of the product it it is no longer wanted.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Vivandi.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Returns

In case of receipt of damaged, defective or not as ordered items, please report the same immediately to our email: shop@vivandi.ae on the day of delivery of the goods and the replacement will be on its way to you.

Please note in such cases where a replacement is not available refunded amount will stay as store credit voucher to use for future ordering.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can request a return within 7 days of receipt of the order. Past 7 days of your purchase unfortunately we wont be doing a refund or exchange.
