1. About Vivandi & Acceptance

Vivandi.ae is owned and operated by Vivandi, established in Dubai, UAE in 2000, specialising in hair, beauty, health, wellness and sports nutrition brands. You must be at least 18 or use the Website under a parent/guardian's supervision, to place an order.

2. Accounts & Website Use

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at shop@vivandi.ae of any unauthorised use. You agree to use the Website lawfully unauthorised access, harmful code, and fraudulent or abusive activity are prohibited, and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Products & Information

We make every reasonable effort to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, ingredients and specifications accurate at the time of publishing. However, manufacturers may change formulations, ingredients or packaging without notice, and the Website may not always reflect this immediately. The physical product and packaging you receive is the authoritative source always read the actual label before use. Vivandi is
not liable for discrepancies arising from manufacturer-led changes and may
correct Website inaccuracies at any time without liability.

Health, wellness, sports nutrition and beauty content on the Website is general information only, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement or regimen, especially if pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

4. Orders & Pricing

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability; a contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch. Prices are in AED and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. If a pricing or stock error occurs, Vivandi may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or unauthorised activity. Please review your order confirmation carefully, as changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

5. Payments

Accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards and Cash on Delivery (subject to availability), are shown at checkout. The cardholder must be the account holder or have their express permission. Online payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways; Vivandi does not store full card details. Vivandi may withdraw the COD option for specific orders, products or locations at its discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Vivandi delivers across the GCC, with estimated timeframes shown at checkout that may vary by location, availability and courier conditions. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before 12pm. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide
accurate delivery instructions; our couriers may request ID for certain orders.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within the period stated in our Returns & Cancellation Policy, provided they are unused, sealed, in original packaging and resalable, with proof of purchase opened or used items are not accepted. For damaged items, a video of the product is required to process a claim. Certain categories (e.g. opened personal care, hair, beauty and health items) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If a promotion, voucher or free gift was tied to a returned item, it may be cancelled, deducted, or required to be returned. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items promptly to shop@vivandi.ae.

8. Offers, Promotions & Bundles

Promotions, discount codes, bundles and free-gift campaigns are subject to availability and any terms stated at the time, and may exclude certain products or brands. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, are for personal one-time use, are non-transferable
and non-refundable for cash. Vivandi may modify, suspend or withdraw any
promotion at any time, including to correct an error. Bundle components may not be available for separate purchase, return or exchange.

9. Authenticity

Vivandi is an official and in many cases exclusive distributor of the brands listed on the Website, sourced through authorised channels, and guarantees all products are 100% genuine. Brand names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used with authorisation.

10. Intellectual Property & User Content

All Website content text, graphics, logos, images and layout is owned by or licensed to Vivandi and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written consent. By submitting a review, comment or photo, you grant Vivandi a non-exclusive, royalty-free
licence to use it for business and marketing purposes, and confirm it is your own and does not infringe any third party's rights. We may remove any content that breaches these Terms.

11. Disclaimers & Liability

The Website and its content are provided "as is"; we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product and health information is general only, not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Vivandi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Website
or its products, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. General

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Cancellation Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Vivandi. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for a breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by UAE law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
