Terms & Conditions 

Campaign Overview 

The Vivandi Summer Campaign ("Promotion") is organized by Vivandi.ae and is open to eligible participants within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

Campaign Period: 06 June 2026 to 20 July 2026 

Prize 

One (1) winner will receive a travel package for two (2) persons to Georgia with a total prize value of AED 6,000. 

Package Includes 

• Round-trip airfare for two persons 
• Hotel accommodation 
• Airport transfers 
• Daily breakfast 
• Sightseeing tours as per the confirmed itinerary 
• Travel insurance 

Travel Period 

The prize must be redeemed and utilized between 01 August 2026 and 30 August 2026, subject to availability and advance booking confirmation. 

How to Participate 

1. Make a successful purchase on www.vivandi.ae during the campaign period. 
2. Each completed order qualifies for one (1) raffle entry. 
3. The Order ID generated after a successful purchase will serve as the raffle entry number. 
4. Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries. 
5. To remain eligible for the draw, participants must: 

• Follow Vivandi's official social media page. 
• Tag three (3) friends on the campaign post. 

Raffle Draw 

1. The raffle draw will take place on 25 July 2026. 
2. The winner will be selected through a random electronic draw. 
3. The draw will be conducted in accordance with applicable UAE regulations and promotional permit requirements. 
4. The winner will be contacted using the details provided during the purchase process. 
5. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, Vivandi reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 

Eligibility 

1. The promotion is open to UAE residents aged 18 years and above. 
2. Employees of Vivandi.ae, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 
3. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, or incomplete orders will not qualify for the raffle draw. 

Travel & Visa Requirements 

1. The prize is valid only for travel during the specified travel period. 
2. Visa approval, where applicable, is subject to the decision of the relevant immigration authorities. 
3. Vivandi.ae is not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or immigration-related decisions. 
4. The winner and accompanying guest must possess valid passports and meet all travel and immigration requirements. 
5. Any expenses not specifically included in the travel package will be the responsibility of the winner. 

General Terms 

1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize. 
2. The travel package is subject to availability at the time of booking. 
3. Vivandi.ae reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the promotion where required by law, regulatory authorities, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 
4. Vivandi.ae reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions. 
5. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 
6. Vivandi.ae's decision regarding the winner selection and any matters relating to this promotion shall be final and binding. 

Winner Announcement 

The winner may be announced on Vivandi.ae and Vivandi's official social media channels following completion of the raffle draw and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. 

Additional Prize Conditions 

1. The total prize value of AED 6,000 includes applicable taxes, airfare, accommodation, airport transfers, daily breakfast, travel insurance, and sightseeing activities included within the package. 
2. No additional charges will be payable by the winner for services specifically included in the package. 
3. Personal expenses, optional activities, room upgrades, excess baggage fees, shopping, meals not specified, and any other expenses not expressly included in the package shall be borne by the winner.
